Auto Operation Ultrafine Grinding Mill with PLC Control System
Our company had designed and developed ultrafine grinding mill based on Vertical Roller Mill. It had become the first choice for large-scale production of ultrafine powder with the advantage of higher production capacity and precise fineness. The ultrafine grinding mill, with static and dynamic separator, can produce powder with a fineness range of 325mesh(40μm) to 2500 mesh(5μm). This ultrafine grinding mill can be widely used in chemical, metallurgy, non-metallic mining industries for grinding limestone, calcite, marble, calcium carbonate, kaolin, barite, bentonite, pyrophyllite etc. Ultrafine grinding mill is capable of providing high qulity filers and additives used in the papermaking, segments, plastic, rubber, pigment,printing ink, PVC and so on.
Working Principle of Ultrafine Grinding Mill:
The ultrafine grinding mill motor drives the reducer to rotate, which also makes the central shaft rotate. The raw material is conveyed into the center of the grinding house by the belt feeder. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the material moves to the edge of grinding table. Materials can be ground by the force of the roller and smashed under extrusion, grinding and cutting. At the same time, air is blew into the grinding table by the high-pressure fan and brings up the required powder through the classifier. The coarse powder will fall down into onto the grinding table. And the qualified fine powder will be collected by dust collector.
When moving raw materials to the edge of the grinding table, due to its weight, the tramp iron cannot be raised by air flow but falls into the lower mill chamber and then is scraped into the outlet, and then be discharged by the scraping plate. This efficiently ensures the quality of finished powder product.

1. Strong product diversity. Ultrafine grinding mill is equipped with multi-motor air classifier, which can produce a wide range of product sizes. There are 30%~70% in the 2μm range, D97=4~45μm;

3. Narrow particle size distribution and precise 2μm powder content control.
4. After being improved, rollers, grinding table, diversion systems and internal circulation systems can greatly improve the grinding efficiency and improve output by 15%~30% compared to the same type of domestic products, and can save electricity by 30%~60% compared to ball mills, etc.
